Written by Today was a special day for us at the Center for Lifelong Learning! Our representative had the honor of attending a meeting with the esteemed Minister Advan Akeljić at the Ministry of Agriculture, Water Management, and Forestry of SBK/KSB. We discussed the upcoming conference “AgriEKO Travnik 2024: The Synergy of Agriculture and Tourism” and expressed our gratitude to the Ministry for their invaluable support of our EU initiative projects.
It was an incredibly fruitful gathering, during which we had the opportunity to present our activities and projects, including the significant SOFI project, funded by EUKI – European Climate Initiative and the BMWK – Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action of Germany. This project, focusing on the creation of the Green Education Program, Climate Action Plans, and a digital networking platform, garnered special attention from Minister Akeljić.
We feel honored and inspired by the Minister’s genuine interest and willingness to support our initiatives, which provides additional motivation for our efforts to harmonize agriculture and tourism into a symbiotic relationship.
Together, we are building a sustainable future for SBK/KSB and beyond!
